Ascension Wisconsin has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Coronary Interventional Cardiology Care Physician located in the suburbs of Milwaukee St. Francis and Franklin.

What You Will Do

OPPORTUNITY

• Join a well-established Cardiology Service Line in Metro Milwaukee
• Great collegial team that boasts longevity
• APC support
• Electrophysiology team
• 3 Interventional Cardiologists
• Functional model with rotating Hospital/Clinic with team, including 1 procedure day and the option to add procedures during hospital rotation
• St. Francis Hospital as Home Base, shared coverage at Franklin hospital
• Ability to grow practice quickly with up to 3 outreach clinics at Rawson or Greenfield, St. Francis Hospital, and /or Franklin Hospital
• Clinic Hours: Varies- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Call1:4 Weekend/Week Day with ALP support
• High volume for TEE, Nuclear, and Echo reads
• Shared MA, RN Triage, and Onsite RN
• Epic EHR
• Well established referral base from Primary Care providers
• Dedicated Cardiac Floor
• 3 Fully functioning Cath Labs
• Full Service Interventional Cardiology through Metro Milwaukee with Service Line Support

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • BE/BC

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• Fellowship Trained
