The HR Disability & Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of US salaried and hourly employee leaves to ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state leave regulations, while providing instruction, guidance and excellent customer service to managers and human resources professionals. This role will also provide leadership of both in-house and out-sourced teams. The role reports directly to the Associate Director, Human Resources Operations - Service Delivery Americas.
The HR Disability & Service Delivery Manger’s core responsibilities will be:
+ Coordinate and manage all company leaves of absence, including FMLA, disability, paid parental time off, personal leave, military leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, etc.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for and manage all leave inquiries, educating managers and HR Business Partners on the leave process and related policies.
+ In addition to managing the above, this role is also responsible for leading a team of human resources professionals who coordinate the return to work process, provide policy and benefit interpretation, perform Organizational Management consultation, and provide white glove Executive Services.
+ Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of federal and state leave laws and regulations; propose revisions to internal documents, policies and communications as necessary to ensure company compliance.
+ Partner closely with key vendors to resolve issues and escalations.
+ Manage the US Workplace Accommodations program. Develop, generate and present reports on a regular basis to analyze accommodation data and trends.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Education:
+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area.
Required:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR/Benefits related position, supplier management and managing accommodation requests.
+ Minimum 2 years managing staff
+ HR Service delivery background is preferred
+ General understanding of employee benefits as they relate to leaves of absence, including short/long term disability, COBRA, state disability pay, etc.
+ Experience in Executive Services.
+ Experience with Workday

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Manage of case management tools, such as ServiceNow
+ Strong multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
+ Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
+ Self-starter, fast learner with ability to work independently under limited supervision
+ Must work well in an interactive team environment
