JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for services related to the implementation, maintenance, and upkeep of CMMS products on client account along with supporting the needs of other technology platforms such as Tableau, Smartsheets, and IWMS system. Manages performance metrics in accordance with business KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Ideal candidate will have direct CMMS management experience with a background in data analytics, while supporting data governance initiatives. This position is a virtual/work remote opportunity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primarily responsible for CMMS product activities, including implementations, training, and ongoing care ensuring work is completed in accordance with account timelines & contractual agreements.

Supporting client’s other technology needs including, but not limited to, CMMS, Tableau, Smartsheets, and IWMS system.

Responsible for ongoing maintenance in managing of all aspects of the CMMS platforms (ServiceInsight and Maximo), including data integrity, training, upkeep, and reporting.

Helps manage to establish performance metrics in the area of work order compliance, such as response time, completion time, overall completion percentage, etc. in accordance with account and/or internal metrics. Documents in the maintenance work order system and reports to client as appropriate with agreed upon reporting requirements.

Responsible for global CMMS Products including building setups, assets, users, dispatch matrix, technical documentation as well as other data governance initiatives.

Provides training on CMMS products as needed and works with data governance manager to establish protocols.

Works closely with other Service Lines on the account serving the client under direct supervision of Data Governance, to help ensure a consistent, effective approach to account management as it applies to the technology, tools and processes.

Performs ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, reflecting corporate real estate services and the operations of real estate assets.

Participate in UAT testing activities and mobility testing where applicable.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training. Prior experience with CMMS and/or Data Governance a plus.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
None.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc). Heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to use query and report generation tools. Ability to interpret data, run queries, VLOOKUP’s and routine formulas for data mapping, calculations, and reporting. Tableau reporting and dashboards, or Smartsheets, a plus. Ability to work towards specific goals, manage multiple priorities with flexibility, and objectives with limited daily oversight.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
