As a key member of our HR team, you will help deliver excellence by supporting HR service delivery in Europe by ensuring Crew Central (HR) Operations and Talent Acquisition services are efficiently provided to HR crew, managers, the business, candidates, retirees, dependents, alumni and vendors. You’ll leverage your HR and Recruiting experiences, together with your passion for delivering phenomenal outcomes to collaborate with your peers to constantly improve processes, drive efficiencies and modernise HR in Europe. In this role, you will:

HR Operations:

  • Provide all Crew Central Operations support as needed for Europe to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services European crew (full crew life cycle).
  • Support HR service delivery in Europe by ensuring Crew Central Operations, HR Communications, and first line Total Rewards and Talent Management services are efficiently provided to HR crew, managers, and the business.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to provide total rewards services for Europe by supporting the delivery of compensation, benefits and sales plans to European crew, coordinating services for European expatriates, processing payroll data in conjunction with ADP, and addressing escalated total rewards questions.
  • Partner with the L&D team to provide talent management services for Europe by supporting the implementation of leadership development programs, advising the business on performance management procedures, and addressing escalated talent management questions.
  • Provide all Crew Central Operations support as needed for Europe to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services European crew which involves: HR reporting, managing HR vendors, supporting HR technology use in Europe and HR Communications support.

Talent Acquisition - in addition to coordinating the new joiner process (offer documentation, background screening, on-boarding etc) you will partner with Talent Acquisition team to hire and on-board the talent we need to drive our results-oriented business goals for Europe. This will involve supporting the team with:

  • Careers site, LinkedIn and job board management
  • Workday requisition management
  • Recruitment inbox management
  • Interview management
  • Reporting
  • Improving our technology capabilities

What it takes

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years' directly related work experience within HR operations and talent acquisition/recruiting
  • Knowledge of HR policies, processes and operations and experience in dealing with very sensitive data.
  • Previous experience with Workday highly preferred.
  • German, Italian or Dutch language skills will be beneficial
