DS4B’s mission is to be the leader in digital solutions for business and commercial customers and manages the Commercial Electronic Office (CEO).
CEO® is the leading commercial online banking platform in the financial services industry with over 90 services, 700K active users, 4MM+ logins a month, supports movement of 11 trillion dollars a year and has active users from over 100 countries. The CEO® channel encompasses treasury management, trust, investment, insurance, international, credit, ABL & loan services. This is a position at WFEGS and will be functionally aligned with the US based product management team of Digital Solutions for Business LOB.

About the Role

Designs and supports digital user experiences for complex projects or project areas assigned.

Responsibilities

• Designs and supports user experience definition and creation for assigned project areas.
• Supports definition and implementation of new UX processes and standards
• Supports translation of business requirements into intuitive user experience solutions
• Based on UX practice area, either creates or assists in the creation, of Interaction Design, Content Strategy/Editorial, or Visual Design specifications based on a synthesis of defined business goals, documented product requirements, user needs, and technical considerations. For Design Delivery practice area, assists creation of digital experience delivery plans and project workflow.
• Support the DS4B Design System
• Support POC activities and innovation conception as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in digital customer experience, including responsive design pattern creation and usage.
• UX Specifications experience (Interaction Design: Information architecture experience (strategic planning and diagrammatic skills), low-to-high fidelity wireframe production and interaction rule documentation, Content Strategy/Editorial: content development plans, copy decks, message matrices, Visual Design: high-fidelity design comp production, brand style guides; Design Delivery/Producer: digital experience activity plans)
• Knowledge of user centered design methodologies and user experience best practices
• Ability to ask appropriate questions, communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders: product managers, engineers, customers, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; comfortable with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of a variety of design tools, notably Visio, Axure, Adobe Illustrator and Sketch
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Enthusiasm for the Internet as a medium of interaction and communication
• A sense of excitement about the scale and impact of world-class enterprise work
• Enjoys solving complex problems

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with web-based applications for financial services including; commercial, pre-paid and gift card expense management tools for desktop and mobile, as well as treasury reporting services
• Familiarity with presentation layer code/working knowledge of application layer design
• Familiarity with Ajax/RIA interactions/patterns and code frameworks (React, jQuery, etc.)

Familiarity with user research/usability testing
