Location : Any HUB Location (Italy, Spain, France, Germany, UK, Poland)

Key Responsibilites

Business Analysis, Sales Force Sizing and Incentivation systems

  • Expert in the development of planning and methods aimed at measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force in the territory
  • Develop metrics and forecasting methodology to support strategic and business planning activity
  • Support divisions in data analysis in order to elaborate and implement action plans to support the objective achievement; proposing the definition of KPIs and strategies.
  • Support the management and implementation of projects related to Field Force effectiveness
  • Expert in the methodologies to sizing the Field Force in the territory, supplying specific analyses and simulations using dedicated programs and tools.
  • Participate in the drawing up of Field Force incentive schemes
  • Facilitate an effective collaboration among Field Force and other company departments about Sales Force Effectiveness

CRM systems

  • Take part in implementing and developing SFE IT systems (es. CRM), managing and updating them and training employees about them if needed
  • Expert in KPI’s setting and Dashboard creation to monitor effectiveness of sales and marketing activities
  • Expert in implementing of tiering and segmentation methodologies

M arket Intelligence

  • Expert in deriving Business Insights and Analytics from data and different source of insights
  • Able to support the Divisional Head to develop and implement ‘primary’ and ‘secondary’ market research to support the decision-making process
  • Enable to define and deliver competitive intelligence initiatives/analysis

Qualification: Degree in statistics, economics or sciences

Professional experience and track record needed to hold the position:

Preferably prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department

Language skills: excellent command of English

IT skills:

  • knowledge of Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • knowledge of salesforce.com system
  • Preferably knowledge of the main statistical analysis software (Minitab/SPSS)
  • Preferably knowledge of the main sales and market research data analysis applications

Functional and behavioural skills :

  • Excellent Project Management and team-working skills, including management of complexity and ability to give the right priority, understanding the business needs to respond proactively
  • Good communications skills, written and verbal; training experience/skills
  • Expertise in process assessment and the main optimization methods (Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Preferably expertise in statistics applied to data analysis
