Main purpose of the job:

To ensure financially sound decision making in HS Country Group Central by supporting the HS leader; to deliver meaningful interpretation and decision support based on services and analytics from FP&A resources:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational planning process
• Drive decisions on sales channels, ROl, investments in Market Share, project assessments and supportive in financing solutions
• Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans
• Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (md. marcom spend)
• Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues
• Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in coop. with Legal & HR

Main tasks in the job:

• AOP / forecasting / latest views in cooperation with business management and FP&A
• Monthly reporting mci. regular performance update of CEE HS Central management
• AR / WOCA management
• Cost management
• Coordination of audit activities for CEE HS central

Education and knowledge requirements:

• Final degree / diploma in Finance
• Minimum 3 years on similar position 6 years in finance
• Proactive, structural, goal-oriented, with very good analytical and planning skills;
• Strong negotiation and organizational abilities;
• Advanced PC user (MS Office)
• Good English knowledge
