Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (formerly Alere) is part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions. The HireRight Clinic Support Specialist serves as a dedicated resource to HireRight for any clinic-related support requirements, including but not limited to network fulfillment requests, addressing clinic questions and concerns about the HireRight transition to eScreen, and providing internal support to HireRight staff members. Will take on special projects as needed at HireRight’s request.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reaches out to clinics to set them up with an account or confirm services as requested by HireRight
  • Proactively searches for clinic partners for network gap coverage for HireRight needs
  • Assists HireRight staff with training and education on the eScreen clinic network as needed
  • Performs site matching as requested by HireRight
  • Completes all site matching requests within one business day
  • Monitors a helpdesk inbox dedicated solely to HireRight requests
  • Answers calls on a phone queue dedicated solely to HireRight requests
  • Responds to all HireRight staff members’ emails within four business hours
  • Returns all phone calls to HireRight staff members within one business day
  • Maintains thorough documentation of all HireRight requests and resolutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of professional experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Experience in a business-to-business sales support role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must be very personable and comfortable working with new people on a regular basis
  • Must provide outstanding customer service
  • Must have exceptional creative problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to manage several projects at a time
  • Maintains a positive attitude
  • Is comfortable changing priorities as needed
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Is comfortable taking on new tasks and projects as needed
