Senior Technical Project Manager, Rivian Cloud

Job Description

The Rivian Cloud team is looking to hire a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help ensure the Rivian Cloud integrates smoothly with our vehicles, our mobile app and our digital platform. This role will have a direct impact on significant customer-facing features across all three areas.

This is what you’ll do:

• Work closely with other TPMs and software developers in the Rivian Cloud team and gain a deep
• understanding of features such as remote commands to vehicles and predictive analytics.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for these features.
• Meet regularly with our partner Connectivity and Mobile App teams and contribute to cross-functional
• planning activities.
• Lead issue tracking and corrective action implementation.
• Define, track and updated deliverables in Jira.
• Maintain project dashboards and communicate status and risk to the leadership team.

This is what you’ll need:

• Willingness to get ‘on board’ with a fast-moving project and (with great support from colleagues) contribute
• from week one.
• Willingness to ‘go deep’ on issues, learning new technical concepts along the way.
• 5+ years managing software projects in the technology and/or automotive industries.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Jama is a plus
