The Data Collection team collects all data necessary for a Nielsen Scarborough delivery. The Survey Return and Scanning Operator executes day to day tasks to process materials returned by Nielsen Scarborough respondents including but not limited to opening and electronic wanding of mail, sorting, and scanning of printed materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing daily returns of mailed Nielsen surveys (paper booklet):
  • Open, review, and sort product booklets, and other Nielsen materials
  • Enter information from material returns by wanding and manual key entry
• Responsible for scanning product booklets, and other Nielsen materials, from paper version to electronic files.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn
• Ability to use a phone or headset
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator
• Ability to use scanning printer
• Ability to use copy machine
• Ability to use industrial cutting machine
• Ability to lift bundles of paper booklets - 20 pounds

Schedule Requirements

• Monday – Friday, day shift 9 am to 3 pm (flexible)
• Occasional overtime
