We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Create & assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning, and test data management.
• Requirement gathering, understands software requirements and get clarifications
• Understands and follow the master test plan and/ or the project plan
• Create test cases based on the requirements, test scenarios, and other design documents
• Create test data required for testing and configures the required test beds.
• Create manual and automation test script and execution.
• Manual & Automated Test Execution and Validation
• Test Result documentation and defect management.
• Test Management and test Strategy including Functional testing, non-functional testing, and production monitoring
• Experience with SNOW implementation Testing
• Guide and advise testers and work as SME for the testing team
• Status Reporting
• Troubleshoot and support system and application problems

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Service Now implementation testing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with health plan testing, test management, and strategy
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Production Support testing experience where the application has been tested for different kinds of changes in production like Application Changes, Infrastructure change Security Changes, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in any of the test automation tools ex. TOSCA, Selenium, MTM, QTP, UFT, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the creation of health plan system, test strategy creation, and implementation
• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Health Care Payer Domain
• Understanding of EDI like 834, 837, 270, 271, 820,
• Knowledge of Healthcare payer business claims processing and benefit configuration.
• Experience in Web Services Automation testing using tools like Postman, SOAPUI, etc.
• Understanding of payer domain business process and application (custom or packaged application) to support a testing activity like enrolment, quote to card, claim processing and payment, etc.
• Understanding of both functional and non-functional testing
• Graduate Degree preferred, BS in Computer Science (or related field)
