Description:The Southeast Materials Acquisition Center (SEMAC) is a centralized buying center supporting the Missiles and Fire Control Business Area. This position is located within the Mechanical team which is responsible for the procurement of mechanical parts ins support of all the MFC programs.
Basic Qualifications:
knowledge of supply chain and government procurement.
Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to provide effective procurement guidance to internal customers and to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
Procurement experience in a high volume environment, program procurement experience, proficiency in P2P, effective negotiation skills, strong analytical skills, customer-focused, team oriented. Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures and a strong understanding of compliance concepts is desired.
