Your Role and Responsibilities

Implement CICS. Plan the customization, installation and implementation for CICS which may include education, conversion, testing and integration activities. Advise and guide users regarding function and performance for CICS.
- Install CICS. Train peers
- Incident Resolution for CICS
- Problem Diagnose for CICS
- Maintenance and upgrade for current versions of CICS

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Thorough applied or technical knowledge of CICS. This includes an understanding of the CICS family of products and their functions and capabilities. The individual should have knowledge in the areas of installation, customization, operation, recovery, tuning and application programming.
• Ability to implement and support security into CICS using CICS's internal security mechanism, as well as MVS Security Server.
• ITIL process orientation
• Agile principles
• English skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Thorough applied or technical knowledge of CICS. / ITIL/Agile Process / English skills
