IT Project Manager
Cyber security measures are increasingly important as cyber-attacks continue to proliferate. Identity and Access Governance plays a critical role within Cyber Security in protecting systems and applications. Micron’s Global Security Organization (GSO) team is focused on enabling company success with the delivery of high business value. We are seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team working shoulder-to-shoulder with Micron's IAG team within several Identity and Access Governance disciplines. Responsibilities and tasks:
- Lead multiple complex projects to achieve specific business goals and objectives
- Ensure balance in allocation of resources
- Lead and run programs and project teams
- Assess and validate proposed solutions to determine their viability and that they meet the organization’s roadmap.
- Be accountable for development of project business case including cost/benefit, confidence, and business driver evaluation with necessary stakeholders when required.
- Drive project task completion across capability delivery for Product Management
- Manages application integration efforts through Application Factory process
- Proactively resolve issues and risks before and as they arise.
- Manage effective cross-team management of program, value-stream and team objectives
- Track and report progress based on delivery using actionable metrics and critical metrics
- Lead teams through the full Scrum lifecycle, including backlog creation, user stories, as well as facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments across Scrum teams by finding the right personnel to remove blocks
- Guide and coach Scrum teams on how to best use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality software
- Track organizational metrics for teams, including burndowns, velocity and capacity, used to better facilitate team

Qualifications and Experience:
- 6-12 years of experience in IT industry
- At least 4+ years of Servant Leader Role - Understanding Project Manager/Scrum Master responsibilities
- Adept at IAG capabilities, functionality and intersection with other cyber security domains
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
- Team facilitation.
- Preferred PMP certification or CISSP certification.
E ducation:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
