We are currently seeking a Field Tech Support to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

Main Duties Include: IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, etc. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on delivery and a high level of customer service.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of one year experience performing advanced configuration and repair of desktop/laptop computer equipment
• Minimum of one year experience troubleshooting technical issues on desktop/laptop computer equipment
• Minimum of one year experience imaging systems
