In Malaysia, we are involved in significant oil and gas production operations and the marketing of chemical products. We also host a global business and technology center in Kuala Lumpur that provides high-level information technology and engineering expertise to ExxonMobil’s upstream, downstream and chemical businesses worldwide.

Position title: Recruitment Analyst

Department: Human Resources (HR)

Position type: Fixed-term Contract

Work location: Menara ExxonMobil, Kuala Lumpur City Center

Position descriptions: Perform recruitment support activities including but not limited to:

• consolidate candidate profiles from recruiting systems
• filing and tracking of candidates information and hiring status
• conduct initial review and screening of candidate profiles
• initiate pre-employment checks and prepare employment contracts
• coordinate with IT and hiring function for new hire onboarding activities
• support other recruitment activities such as job events and career roadshows
• provide administrative services and general duty support as required
