Job Description (part-time role)

This position focuses on the Audio diary service and is responsible for conducting virtual Audio diary reviews with clients. Once a client has been scheduled for a conference call and the survey data has been loaded to the Electronic Diary Storage and Review (EDSR) module, the Diary Review Administrator will conduct the diary review via screen share during a conference call. This position will also be responsible for communicating to clients basic Audio listening credit policies and procedures and forward more complex questions to the appropriate contact person for resolution.

Required Experience/Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in audience measurement, market research, media research concepts and practices, or relevant work.
  • At least 2 years of experience interacting with and servicing executive and professional level customers.
  • Proficient in the use of the EDSR software system and databases and retrieving data from them.
  • Basic understanding of Audio diary editing rules, procedures, and policies
  • Confident and articulate in a client-facing role with high value placed on customer service.
  • Must be attentive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic proficiency with the Google Suite including Hangouts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating, with appropriate contacts, the scheduling of Audio diary reviews for clients and consultants in a virtual setting.
  • Prior to review, confirm clients and consultants are eligible via appropriate authorization forms.
  • Schedule and process data request in EDSR in order to facilitate the virtual diary review
  • Ensure that customer-focused servicing takes place, questions are answered, and appropriate levels of research are conducted to respond to various customer inquiries
  • Strong ability to write business correspondence, detailing analysis, outcomes, and observations to internal and external clients.
  • Document and organize questions during review in a suitable format and where appropriate, conduct research, and follow up of response.
