Location: Any of the following hubs - UK ( Hemel Hempstead) ; France ( Voisins le Bretonneux) ; Germany ( Ratingen) ; Spain ( Madrid) ; Italy (Milan) ; Poland ( Warsaw).

As a Multichannel ( & Digital ) Marketing professional, you will be able to :

  • EU Franchise marketing & Local marketing teams
    • Participate to shaping Division Annual integrated marketing plan
    • Orchestrate design, building and execution of multichannel campaigns (involving components such as emailing, website, social media, inside sales
  • EU Digital team / Marcom team
    • Provide briefing and validate digital components of the divisional campaigns
    • Provide briefing and validate content components of the divisional campaigns
    • Possibly deal with our marketing agency directly when needed
  • EU Cross-Divisional salesforce.com internal team
    • Customer data
    • Campaign execution tracking
  • Division BUDs & BUMs:
    • Provide visibility on ongoing campaigns
    • Create buy-in and appetite to expand our multichannel operations

Your responsibilities may include:

Multichannel Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Participate to preparation of Annual integrated marketing plan
  • Orchestrate Planning, Design and execution of campaigns in close collaboration with EU mktg & countries
  • Provide visibility to all internal stakeholders about campaigns progress and achievement
  • Analyze & improve campaigns ROI
  • Leverage MktgCloud – lead the professionnalisation of BSC multichannel campaigns

Digital Content – Community Management

  • Websites – community mgmt : InTouch website, Master the Complex community, Articulate and facilitate production and upload of most current content
  • Email Campaigns : Lead production of all content specific to our multichannel campaigns with a digital component, leveraging internal and external resources
  • Specific tools (InTouch) : Develop branding tools and / or specific services to further promote and add value to our existing platforms

Remote Services Design & Admin

  • InTouch / Educare website: ensure oversight of InTouch website future evolutions

Competition Oversight

  • Regularly screen the market, assess what competition is doing, and make proposals to keep BSC ahead of the curve in delivering powerful customer journeys, and customer delight.
  • InTouch newsletter: keep expanding reach, keep enhacing content
  • Online case library: coordinate with existing initiatives to make sure everything is fully consistent and designed to deliver customer value
  • ePreceptorship: Explore this option for Cardiology, based on Endoscopy experience and for other divisions

To join our Talent Community and be succesful in such a role, you would need to have:

  • Excellent understanding of the Commercial function in the Healthcare industry preferrably)
  • Operational role in orchestrating multichannel campaigns
  • Good understanding of business Information and Reporting Systems
  • Customer focus / Customer-centricity
  • Communication skills
  • Strong marketing background
  • Appetite for working in a matricial / non-hierarchical environment
  • Fluency (native or equivalent) in English
