PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Coordinate engineering activities in Bid phase in order to achieve a technical solution according to the best strategy.
Collect and harmonize Bid documentation.
Collect and harmonize estimations (LoM and Estiamtion hours files) from engineering team.
Coordinate and support other departaments during Bid phase (Procurement, Bids, ITC, Legal, PMO).
Coordinate relations with Product Family Team.
Ensure proper application of approval process.

Qualifications
• Education: University studies in Engineering (Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree);
• Relevant experience required:
- Participation to technical proposal phase is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Signalling rules is mandatory;
- Middle-level or senior-level working experience in a railway signalling multinational company, or a company having teams in multiple site;
- Knowledge of the following norms is considered a plus: EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129 and EN 50159;
- Knowledge of Bombardier products is considered a plus;
- Knowledge of procedures, instructions and approvals in Bid phase is considered a plus;
- Experience in Technical Writing;
• Language skills: full working proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory. French would be a plus;
• Other skills: proven interpersonal and communications skills; customer orientation; stakeholder management; planning; teamwork; flexibility.
