We are currently seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to join our team in New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

NTT Data seeks a Business Transformation Manager to join our Business Consulting practice to execute consulting initiatives and engagements. In this role you will focus on transformation strategy, related business processes, portfolio/solution offerings, and market information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and operational effectiveness across the NTT Data enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize industry best practices to develop solutions that drive change throughout the entire organization to control costs, increase operational efficiencies, improve productivity, accelerate delivery time, enhance client service, manage and grow revenue, and cultivate business growth.
• Partner with NTT Data Leadership across our enterprise and practices to plan and execute transformational program and enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Assume key role in defining the scope of projects, understanding business issues / problems, and conceiving deliverables.
• Act as senior subject matter expert with NTT Data stakeholders focused on desired areas of improvement and business outcomes
• Project management of policies, processes and systems that support the transformation functions to deliver change
• Establish and drive rationalization and modernization plans for a portfolio
• Proactively identify potential conflicts and issues, recommend alternatives to avoid business impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years combined experience in Information Technology and/or Business Consulting
• 1+ years of Management Consulting experience (Big 4 preferred) where you delivered business transformation strategies with targeted business outcomes
• 1+ years of experience executing Organizational Change Management initiatives that resulted in successful business process and organizational changes.
• Participated in at least 1 project where you had to present updates and results to an executive level audience.
