As a Project Coordinator for Insight, you’ll be part of a high-energy and tech-savvy world. We’re looking for someone who is a team player and an excellent communicator and has experience supporting professional services projects. If you’re motivated and can oversee multiple, complex, client-facing projects at once, then you could be a great fit.

This is a W-2 Contract position thru the end of 2020

As an Insight Project Coordinator, you will:

• Multitask. You’ll organize meetings, update project schedules and deadlines, create work flow procedures, maintain websites and engage in ongoing communications to ensure client satisfaction.
• Take ownership. You will assist in keeping multiple projects on time and under budget. Maintain and document all project files to keep projects moving and on schedule.
• Build relationships. Your job is always evolving as a Project Coordinator. You will act as a liaison for various clients and business units.
• Learn. Assist the project manager with billing and following best practices within the project. This position is a great stepping stone for your career path.

What we’re looking for:

• 4 + years as an I.T. Project Coordinator for an Information Technology company or Professional Services company is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
