It has also been voted the #1 recommended dating app for singles looking for relationships. We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to join us. This person will work closely with our Senior Designer and Marketing team to create social media content for our Instagram channel @coffeemeetsbagel and email marketing materials for branding and marketing initiatives. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week).

We are looking for someone with:

• A strong background in visual design and graphic design
• Experience creating social media assets
• Ability to create engaging, easy-to-understand designs
• Ability to work with illustration and photography assets
• Experience creating email marketing assets
• Knowledge of responsive email or web design
• Experience working with remote teams

• Photography skills of any level
• Experience with animation and video
• Experience with email platforms like Leanplum or Mailchimp
• Experience with mobile UI design

Responsibilities:

• Designing social media assets for our Instagram page
• Designing email assets for product initiatives to brand marketing
• Partnering with our Marketing team to come up with fresh, on brand content for our social feed
• Collaborating with our Design team to continually improve and refine our brand visual guidelines
• Owning the design process from start to finish (ideating, designing, refining, and delivering)

Qualifications:

• An online portfolio showcasing your visual and graphic design skills
• 2+ years of social media design experience
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar design tools
• Experience working with remote teams
• Experience working at a fast-paced workplace or start-up
• Passion for Coffee Meets Bagel and our customers is essential! You don't have to be single but you must want to help people make lasting connections.
• Bonus: photography, illustration, animation, videography
• Bonus: experience with email platforms like Leanplum or Mailchimp or mobile UI design
