In your role, you will:
- Responsible for leading and supervising the quality functions of Bombardier Aerospace Inspection personnel at the Frankfurt Parts Distribution facility.
- Responsible for the supervision of Bombardier Aerospace Inspection personnel at the Frankfurt Parts Distribution facility.
- Develop and maintain Quality inspection instructions.
- Provide training to personnel in Quality methods, procedures and practices.
- Assure conformance to Bombardier Quality Systems and regulatory responsibilities. Solve problems that affect quality and reliability.
- Provide customer, supplier and management interface on quality, process and delivery issues.
- This is a working supervisor position in which the supervisor will conduct inspections, audits and many other daily projects as needed.
- It is a high pressure and fast paced position where good decisions and strong people skills are required.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You have knowledge of AS9100 certification. Six Sigma methodology

You have knowledge of Airworthiness Standards and Regulations (TCCA / FAA / EASA).

You have understanding of FAA Production Approval Holder systems (PC / PMA / TSOA)

You have planning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload of assigned employees within a multiple project setting

You have strong verbal and written communication skills

You have training skills necessary to deliver and evaluate curriculum and materials

You have proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

You have the ability to travel up to 20% and hold a valid passport (or the ability to obtain one)

You have experience with SAP – preferred
- You have the flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift - preferred
