This position, in collaboration with the patient safety and regulatory team, is responsible for planning implementing and ongoing operation of an effective inpatient and ambulatory patient safety and regulatory program. With managerial oversight, this individual will be responsible for facilitating patient safety activities to include coordination of Serious Event activities, reporting to the Washington State Dept of Health (DOH), and proactive patient safety responsibilities.
Part Time – 0.75 FTE
(60 hours per pay period)
Temporary Role – anticipated duration October 2020 - February 2021
