About the Role

To further this mission, we’re looking for a terrific Creative Operations Manager to partner with our creative producer and creative leads to build out our internal creative studio. The brief is to build a world-class studio populated by diverse eclectic talent that both creates and makes - with capabilities including animation, content creation, production, editing, editorial and design - and consistently develops remarkable work for DoorDash while cultivating a consistent and compelling voice through all touch points.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of leading successful business and initiatives - either within advertising agencies or at brand-side internal studios. This person must have a passion for understanding and articulating business problems, a talent for building strong partnerships with Marketers, a belief in the creative product as the solution to those problems, and the ability to support an operation and a culture that consistently produces innovative and integrated solutions across the full spectrum of the media mix. They need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and semi-structured environment, and must be comfortable guiding teams and willing to roll up their sleeves to do the work.
Based out of our SF Headquarters and reporting into the Senior Creative Lead, you will join a terrific team; partner with Marketers across the business to develop work that drives business impact; and elevate the profile of creativity as a growth lever.
