CaseLines, delivers the world’s most comprehensive Digital Evidence Management Solution for national and local government, and courts. Our platform allows legal teams to efficiently and securely prepare, collate, redact, share and present evidence/legal bundles, documentary and video evidence in a single system. Prosecutors, lawyers, barristers and judges in civil and public law cases use CaseLines globally, including England, Wales, Kenya, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The platform holds over 300,000 cases, with over 100 million pages of evidence.

Due to the continued success of our platform, we are now looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering and supporting beautifully crafted software in the cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all SaaS environments globally are secure, reliable and performant.
  • Responsible for the automated deployment of CaseLines updates to those Microsoft Azure instances globally.
  • Working closely with the Product and DevOps teams, providing an extra layer of insight for the successful deployment of highly secure and highly available SaaS based solutions.

Experience:

  • Experience with Azure Cloud/infrastructure
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines (preferably in Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working on Infrastructure as Code
  • Worked on and understands release cycles
  • Able to set up monitoring and alerting
  • Able to review the current setup and advise on how to optimise the processes

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on Azure (IaaS and PaaS).
  • Experience influencing the performance, scale, and security of an app with somewhere between 1k - 15k concurrent users.
  • Networking and Security knowledge.
