What you’ll be doing...
“BlueJeans by Verizon” is looking for a very dynamic technology leader to lead its Clients development team. The Clients development team has a broad charter and is responsible for building the Desktop, Web, Mobile, Analytics clients that constitute the core of our flagship product.
Our Clients Development team owns key initiatives which have a broad impact on the Quality of Experience (QoE) and usability of all BlueJeans products.
In this role you will be required to collaborate with Media and Platform Engineering teams, DevOps team, Security team and Product and Business partners to own and execute on the Clients roadmap.
You will bring your knowledge and experience of various front-end software development technologies, and your experience in managing a distributed team of very highly qualified engineers. You are results oriented and you thrive in a result driven culture that values initiative and collaboration.
The Clients development team is split between San Jose, USA, Bangalore, India and New Zealand and is composed of talented software engineers. Development is done using various frameworks in Javascript (React, MobX, Node, Webpack etc.), Swift, C#, Kotlin/Java and some C++.
