This Job Role is responsible for providing the Operator's customers (or the Operator as an Enterprise) with the requested
(standard) products in a timely and correct manner by focusing on the allocation, implementation, configuration, activation and
testing of specific services or resources to meet the service or resource requirements, in the cases in which an overall and
high level network knowledge is required or when knowledge on specific products or services is required, from an end to end
perspective
This Job role should guarantee that our units deliver a technical solution in accordance to the agreed change request
(specification) and in co-operation with the customer.
In several opportunities, the activities performed under this Service Function will address specified customized solutions,
covering several products. The Subject Specialism resources working under this Service Function must ensure that those
changes are correctly implemented without causing any negative impact on the availability of the services

This Job Role should be aligned with the Service Function “Service & Resource Fulfilment”.
This Service Function is composed by a number of Services Elements and Activities that define the scope of work according
to the Ericsson’s Managed Services offer.
This Job Role should assure that all services are implemented correctly and according to its correspondent request.
