In this position, you will be responsible for building, nurturing and maintaining a strong, advisory relationship with the customer to thoroughly understand their business strategy, priorities and goals. The focus is leading and guiding a cross-functional team in balancing the needs of the company with those of the customer while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

How you'll make your mark:

  • Lead large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance on operational and tactical issues
  • Build and nurture customer relationship at senior level management
  • Actively promotes the full HPE Pointnext Services portfolio to increase the share of wallet for HPE
  • Drives to AS-A-Service delivery model and growth within the existing ‘As-a-Services’ contracts
  • Handle E2E customer issues including problem and penalty avoidance
  • Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics, measures and reporting, escalation management, change management and communication.
  • Develop recommendations based on intimate knowledge of the company’s and customer’s strategy and goals as well as industry trends
  • Manage financials and contractual performance, implement corrective actions and owns margin targets for all service delivery
  • Drive organizational maturity through knowledge management

About you:

  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 - 12 years relevant business experience
  • Experience in leading/managing virtual teams, proven track record in leading virtual teams, influential, able to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks.
  • Multi-cultural and x-region experience desired
  • ITIL/ITSM experience
  • Experience in developing executive level customer relationships including very good negotiation, presentation and communication skills at executive levels.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10
  • Fluent written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in German and English
