Abbott Molecular Division is looking for a

Regional Marketing Manager Emerging Markets East Molecular Diagnostics (m/f/d)

based in Wiesbaden or an EU country within the region. English language skills is a must and preferably Russian

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepares the regional annual marketing plan for Infectious Diseases (ID) and Oncology based on global and area marketing plan as well as requirements from regional and local market
• Prepares regional launch plans and business cases
• Manages the regional marketing budget
• Performs regular regional market analysis in terms of sales, relevant market trends and competitor activities
• Works closely with the regional managing director as well as the country managers and distributors, has a deep understanding on how to support sales organisations for success
• Plans and implements regional marketing initiatives to achieve targets and show return on investment (ROI)
• Fosters exchange of experience between the countries of the regions
• Proactively shares insights across the business (at region and country level) to influence decisions, and applies insights consistently to meaningfully differentiate our business
• Helps to develop and implement digital solutions for the labs
  

Your Profile:

• Scientific background preferred with additional experience in business administration
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in local and regional marketing within healthcare sector, diagnostics experience preferred
• Successful preparation and execution of marketing plans with a strong motivation of sales teams to implement campaigns
• Interest in market analysis and being able to draw the right conclusions to decide on successful marketing strategies
• Experience with Laboratory-Information-System (LIS) and use of digital data in Diagnostics is a plus
• Understanding of the molecular diagnostic markets of the region
• Experience in preparation of business cases
• Experience in applying a broad range of marketing tools successfully including digital communication
• Building strong relationship with local and global peers and experience din working with distributors
• Can cope well with working in a matrix structure
• Willingness to travel in the region up to 50 %
• English language skills is a must and preferably Russian language
