We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work with and guide the team building Shopify’s global shipping and fulfillment platform. Our goal is to help merchants offer the best shipping and delivery experience to all buyers at all points of the shopping journey. In this role, you'll help define the future of how merchants can optimize their shipping and fulfillment processes to drive more sales while saving time and money in the process. Product Managers are the glue that unites all aspects of a product under a single, cohesive vision. Are you passionate about product management? Have you taken successful products to market? You should have:

    • A genuine excitement for solving merchant problems
    • Empathy for the user and use data to inform product decisions
    • An ability to define and prioritize initiatives, while working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder relationships
    • Experience collaborating with teams like: designers, developers, marketers, data scientists, and researchers
    • A genuine excitement for solving merchant problems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; should be able to clearly communicate and get buy-in from stakeholders, peers, developers, etc.
    • A strong bias for action; should be ready to roll up their sleeves and get work done.

It'd be great if you also have:

    • 5+ years product management and/or startup experience, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Domain experience in e-commerce in general - ideally spanning some aspects of shipping, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, etc.
