Our Exciting Opportunity

The ICT Program Director to drives large and complex infrastructure delivery towards enterprise or telecommunication customers. This is a project management role that requires solid infrastructure skills to gain credibility and manage multiple work streams and complex projects. You must have a technical background and understand infrastructure underpinnings of a complex IT/Telco/Enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting infrastructure activities in Pre-Sales and Delivery phases
• Assessing the requirements of the project and recommending suitable infrastructure components and analyzing different options and recommending the most suitable for the project economically feasible
• Prepare cost estimates of infrastructure and formulating procedures and policies for optimum utilization of infrastructure resources in the company
• Supervising consultants, vendors and suppliers. Planning and supervising installation of infrastructure in customer premises
• Excellent knowledge about all aspects of information technology specifically with sophisticated infrastructure environments
• Making sure that the infrastructure development project is completed within the given time frame. Daily presence at customer site, becoming a sort of Ericsson “agent” at the customer premise to increase the customer’s trust in Ericsson as a system integrators
• Driving up-sales opportunities and Mentoring the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents

To be successful in the role the requirements are:

• Candidate should be high confident as he need to manage all the network product (Network Application : Packet Core, Circuit Core, CS Core, Cloud, IMS).
• Candidate must have a technical background and project management skills
• Project Management Experience 5+ years with previous hands on infrastructure experience
• Good hands on skills of building an Infrastructure rack end to end, including UPS, Switch configuration, patching, Server build
• Experience of efficient engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders and efficient managing the delivery of multiple projects
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation
• Good communication and negotiation skills, Excellent planning and organization ability, Excellent time leadership skills and understanding the value of a baseline
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities and Excellent management and leadership skills
