Your Role and Responsibilities
What will I be doing?

• Build strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders to promote IBM’s managed services portfolio
• Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT road map and articulate IBM’s value proposition
• Solve for critical client needs and win new logo
• Pipeline and sales process management, including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
• Provide support, management and guidance to more junior members of the sales team

What skills and experience do I need?

• Have 4+ years’ experience selling managed Services/IT Infrastructure Services
• Have a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding against sales targets
• Have a passion for client success and an agility to learn and innovate
• Have experience working in a large, matrix organisation and/or collaborating in an ecosystem
• Experienced in business development and building client relationships with executive stakeholders
• Experienced in deal-making and creating beneficial outcomes to complex client problems
• Experience of managing team sizes of 4+ sales professionals

What skills and experience are beneficial?

• Experience with the Financial Services sector clients is advantageous
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud and Red Hat solutions is preferable but not mandatory.
