This is a pivotal role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the successful growth of our overall Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) business.

As the Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the effective execution of our Digital Computational Pathology projects and delivering these on time, on budget and to required standards. Digital Computational Pathology is one of our key business lines under our Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics business. This role will also have the opportunity to lead projects in our Radiology Informatics, Cardiology Informatics and Imaging Clinical Applications and Platforms businesses.

This will include; project scoping and preparation, establishing and leading project methodologies, working with teams to determine most effective solutions for integrations of technologies and delivering on customer requirements, whilst helping them to navigate through their change in clinical practice.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team during the pre-sales process
• Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and actual customer need
• Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes
• Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers throughout all project phases
• Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.
• Conducting weekly project plan reviews with all stakeholders
• Managing risks and customer issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget
• Conducting pre and post calculation reviews and ''Lessons Learnt'' for projects
• Organizing the execution of the actual installation and required user training

Your team

You will be working as part of a highly experienced, dynamic and diverse team with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager ANZ – Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics, you will also work closely with other Project and Account Managers, as well as various other areas of the Philips business.

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree education or equivalent with sound proficiency in Healthcare Informatics
• Ideally, 5+ years of client side, Healthcare I.T Project Management experience
• Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent
• Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the Tender Management process
• Sound negotiation and stakeholder management experience
• Sound business & commercial acumen, with the ability to manage margins and budgets as well as identify new business opportunities
