THE POSITION

We are committed to hiring best in class talent while providing a positive candidate experience and developing an exciting and respected employer brand. As a Recruiting Contractor on our team you will own the full cycle; candidate selection process, creating and sustaining a pipeline of talent to maintaining a high offer close rate. You will leverage your knowledge of FanDuel’s business and functional requirements while partnering with hiring managers and the leadership team to drive the talent process. This will be a three month contract and the key components include, passive and active sourcing, inbound and outbound inquiries, interview strategies and final selection processes that ensure a strong fit and ability to impact organizational outcomes.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Own entire recruitment lifecycle with innovative and creative liberty to drive business impact
  • Act as strategic partner to hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs to help them build a strong team
  • Build an external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks and active sourcing
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from initial reach out to close
  • Leverage systems and processes to track and support metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Influence key stakeholders in the recruiting process through data and transparency to ensure deliverables in alignment with FanDuel’s hiring strategy
  • Ensure the timely completion and collection of interview feedback and then orchestrating next steps in the process
  • Data driven and analytic approach to managing the process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics
  • Accountable for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all requisitions within the company across business functions
  • Coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are prepared to meet the team
  • Structure new offers and work with compensation team to determine appropriate offer packages

THE STATS
What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and managing multiple searches at once while delivering a high caliber of work
  • Understanding and executing the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate)
  • Highly skilled in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and building passive pipelines
  • Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
  • Possess strong problem-solving, project management and program management skills
  • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in the workplace
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and are able to navigate complex situations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously with a sense of urgency
