What is the opportunity?
As a Director in Loan Portfolio Management, you will manage a team responsible for the oversight of the Capital Markets loan portfolio. Working with our partners in Corporate Banking, Risk Management, and Global Credit, you will ensure credit concerns in the loan book are communicated quickly and efficiently to senior management in Capital Markets and Risk Management. You will be responsible for the direction/strategy of the loan book monitoring process, and will work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. In the role, you will be presenting directly to senior members of Capital Markets and Risk Management, and will develop a strong understanding of the strategy behind RBC’s Capital Markets lending business.
