In this role, you have the opportunity to

Bring innovation at the heart of the hospital with a visible impact on Philips business development and partnership with Key Accounts in Catalonia.

You are responsible for

• Developing, maintaining and improving relations with Key Accounts (public/private hospitals) in your region to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier
• Supporting and coordinating Philips distributor in Levante in order to maximize customer satisfaction and business development
• Creating account plans in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group
• Creating and implementing action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips
• Drives the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done
• Providing primary training and education to customers, assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and in the development of hospital staff
• Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market analysis, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

The Image Guided Therapy division, reporting to the Iberia Sales Manager IGT.
You will join a passionate and dedicated team with an entrepreneurial spirit in which your views will be encouraged and your growth will be fostered.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Degree level in Science or Biomedical Engineering
• Proven track record in sales in medical device environment (ideally in cardiology) and experience in clinical support in cath labs or operating rooms
• Leadership, customer and result orientation, good communication and analytical skills
• Fluent Spanish and Catalan required, conversational English
• Availability to travel in Catalonia and Levante.
