As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Thomson Reuters in our Tax professionals business unit you will be a part of a team responsible for answering the calls from the phone queue as well as online chats and servicing the clients as well as looking for up-sell opportunities.
While this team is part of the Tax professionals - Small/Mid client segment, the Checkpoint queue does serve all of legacy KS (majority of calls in are for Small/Mid). The team will be empowered to ask more questions and ensure a warm lead and positive client experience and pass to the proper sales person if available or schedule an appointment with the proper sales person. For service issues, you can assist with those which you have access and capabilities to, and if not pass to the proper team, in addition to looking for service to sales up-sell opportunities and conversations.
The team members will also be utilized for additional outbound campaigns and nurturing marketing campaigns that need additional support that will contribute to the overall growth of the department.
The BDR should ensure an overall positive client experience and do their best to be a one stop shop for clients that call or chat on the inbound ques as well as promote and support the growth of the Small/Mid team in everything that they do.
