APAC Marketing Manager You are a demand marketing leader, with strong SaaS experience and passion in building high performance programs and strong partnerships across teams. You have a proven record of translating business objectives into demand gen tactics and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. You are able to quickly understand the needs of customers and prospects and translate them into compelling demand strategies across industries and personas. You have built strong partnerships in your past roles, allowing you to win mind-share and credibility across diverse sales, content, product, and operations teams. You are able to successfully manage near term sales-enablement programs while also focusing on long term marketing awareness programs. The APAC Marketing Manager will orchestrate integrated marketing programs for the APAC region. You will work closely with regional sales, partner and customer success teams to plan and execute marketing activities that generate demand and build new sales and retention and expansion pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and enable Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure that the marketing campaigns are implemented and optimized, focusing on quality rather than quantity
- Meet regularly with regional sales RVP to determine campaign prioritization and potential revenue impact
- Identify content and channel gaps in customer journey, work with the Content team to develop long form content, create short form content and assets
- Monitor and collaborate with sales to ensure all marketing generated activities are being handled by the appropriate sales resources in a timely manner
- Identify, plan, and execute physical events, virtual events, and webinars. Develop event and speaker materials, work with partner to co-host events, and where needed act as host/mediator
- Work with Marketing Operations CoE to track, measure and evaluate program effectiveness/ROI and improve every marketing campaign
- Develop, implement, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our team
- Co-create campaigns and go-to market offers with our partners in APAC
- Identify and apply for co-marketing programs and funds (MDF)
- Increase the marketing funnel efficiencies and optimize the marketing conversion paths
- Increase qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the sales team.
- Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly lead volume and cost
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS or tech marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and 5-7 years in related fields required
- Specific experience with B2B marketing is most desirable
- Ability to think strategically and align multiple stakeholders’ groups
- Strong, demonstrated understanding of localized marketing approaches to acquisition and customer retention
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and account based marketing
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
- Strong organization skills, and ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail in hands-on execution
- Knowledge of marketing platforms that include but not limited to CMS, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, DemandBase)
