Position Title: SALES MANAGER SOUTH - RUBBERMAID COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS Reports to: Sr. SALES MANAGER Location: SPAIN Job Summary: Rubbermaid Commercial Products is the world's leading manufacturer of injection-moulded products to be used in the Commercial Environment. With our strong global brand, we specialize in innovative product solutions for Cleaning, Safety, Washroom, Waste Management, and Material Handling used in all areas of Building Services, Foodservice/Hospitality, Healthcare, and Industry facilities.
Our Sales Manager has the responsibility for delivering the annual sales targets and market growth objectives in the assigned region by creating a strong network of distribution and connecting with large end users.
Analyzes geographic territory and trading markets, customer requirements and competitive activities to develop sales plans aimed toward achieving sales goals. Broadens the customer base within the region through new account identification. Develops relationships with key End Users and distributors. Maintains contact providing technical product application assistance as required. The Sales Manager will take full responsibility for managing the dynamic territory and account challenges in order to achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and execute annual budgets for the area
• Prepare and execute Annual Operating Plan for key distributors
• Prepare and execute the new products launches to the customers of the territory
• Prepare and execute promotional sales activities and campaigns
• Execute sales visits/calls to existing and potential customers in order to maximize sales growth
• Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed
• Participate in trade shows
• Execute product training to distributor’s reps
• Drive end user conversions from competition into our products
• Expand and keep up-to-date the end user opportunities list trough Sales force.com
• Develop competitive market intelligence to share with Marketing teams

Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Min. 7 years of sales experience in B2B, working with key accounts (experience in working with wholesalers and distributors preferred)
• Management experience preferred
• Fluent Spanish and very good command of English language. Any other European language is an asset.
• Demonstrated performance in sales, programming and promotions
• Demonstrated relationship building and maintenance skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding and implementation of key performance indicators critical
• Must be able to effectively forecast turnover and demand by product
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective negotiator
• Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Willing to travel. Ideally located in Barcelona or Madrid.
