More info here . Blockstack is known for its world class talent and now looking to expand its recruitment team as we enter a new phase of growth. We’re seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help identify, attract, and retain best-in-class talent. This role is ideal for an empathetic, highly motivated individual with experience in building and scaling an efficient hiring process while driving full-cycle recruitment for a broad spectrum of roles, including niche technical talent. This role will report to the Head of Legal and Operations. What You’ll Do: • Evaluate and update our current process to ensure a scalable, diverse, thoughtful recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates • Own full-cycle recruiting functions at Blockstack, creating a healthy pipeline of inbound, sourced, and referred leads for the highest quality talent • Cultivate Blockstack’s employer brand • Hands-on recruit (source and screen) for a number of roles simultaneously • Leverage and manage outside recruiting resources as appropriate • Develop internal training as needed to ensure the team is equipped to evaluate and bring in world class talent What We're Looking For: • Experience building diverse, healthy, talented, top-tier organizations • You have worked in-house at a quickly growing tech company with demonstrated history of improving the speed and quality of recruiting • D emonstrated ability to hire experts, executives, or hard-to-fill roles • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on technical recruiting • Experience designing and successfully implemented internal interview training • Experience leading employer-branding initiatives • A relationship builder who’s comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and connecting with a diverse range of talent • Empathetic and effective communicator • Highly adaptable, responding well to changes and calibrations A bonus if you have: • Experience working with highly technical products • Experience working with and hiring for globally distributed teams Benefits & Perks: • Company equity and Stacks(STX) tokens--STX is the native cryptocurrency of the Blockstack network • Remote workers can expense co-working spaces • An annual $1,200 budget for learning and development stipend • $1000 per year of charity donation matching to an organization of your choosing • Daily lunch (even if you’re remote!) • Flexible vacation policy • Family-Friendly health benefits • Free life and disability insurance • Health and dependent care (FSA) • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Pre-tax commuter benefits • 401k with 3% match • Your choice of technical setup and equipment Company Highlights: • Public Benefit Corporation on a mission to build a user-owned internet • Code released as open-source and patents released with patent pledge • Remote first team with HQ in New York City • $75M total raised. $23M from first ever SEC qualified token offering in the U.S. • 8,000 + active developers and enthusiasts in the community • 4 00+ apps launched on Blockstack • Work alongside leading PHD experts in computing Blockstack PBC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and deeply cares about building a diverse team.
