Since its launch, the Enterprise business has grown rapidly and now serves 2,000+ universities, enterprises, governments, and universities globally. The Manager, Skills Transformation will manage a team of five or more high performing individuals who are experts in Coursera’s content and skills offerings. This team is responsible for creating learning paths and curricula for Coursera’s largest customers, including Fortune 500 companies, globally recognized universities, and national governments. They support Coursera’s Sales and Customer Success teams in delivering high value services to Coursera’s customers (e.g., helping an Account Executive develop a curriculum for a university that is considering partnering with Coursera). The Manager will be responsible for leading the team, measuring impact, innovating as the business grows, and collaborating cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams. The Manager will also work closely with our global Skills Transformation team, who serve as senior advisors to our customers on the topics of skills trends, insights, and Coursera content. The Manager will also play an individual contributor role working directly with customers when needed. Your Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coach a team of 5+ Skills Transformation Analysts
    • Build and maintain a highly effective system to deliver and measure quality services
    • Direct services, including curriculum mapping; sales enablement; skills & industry research
    • Continuously improve how we map curriculum and recommend content to customers
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to support customers
    • Be an expert in Coursera’s content and curriculum mapping
    • Work directly with customers on their curriculum needs when necessary
    • Develop skills insights in collaboration with our Skills Transformation Consultants

Basic Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience managing teams
    • 5+ years customer-facing experience
    • Strong consulting skillset
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Suite (spreadsheets, word processors, and slides)

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Deep interest in online education and an abiding belief in its ability to transform lives
    • Preferably experience managing teams of 5+
    • Ability to quickly become an expert in new topic areas like AI, data science, and cloud computing
    • Management consulting background
    • Strong executive presence
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization in spreadsheets
    • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
