Job Description

  • Work closely with the Strategy & Operations team on day-to-day operations, reporting and analytics, and strategic planning
  • Operations:
    • Assist in core operational tasks, including reporting and analytics, process design, and systems updates
    • Assist in ongoing programs and initiatives with internal stakeholders to launch new programs and successfully execute existing programs
    • Onboard new hires, assigning them quotas, territories, and compensation plans
    • Evaluate quality and scalability of current systems and processes and lead the changes, where appropriate, end-to-end
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and manage KPIs, reports, and dashboards for various audiences (i.e. GTM teams, FP&A, and Optimizely leadership)
    • Perform data analysis to monitor and drive increased productivity across the GTM organization
    • Run ad hoc reporting and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
    • Leverage data to proactively identify areas for improvements and scale processes
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Participate in quota, territory, and headcount design and modelling
    • Interact with various cross-functional groups including sales, marketing, business development, customer success and finance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years sales operations, business operations, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical experience, using tools such as SFDC, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Ability to collaborate with team members while equally as strong contributing value individually
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • A knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way
  • Excellent project management instincts. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions
