About the Position

We are looking for an analyst to work on our equity capital markets team. The analyst will have responsibility for many parts of the deal process, including:

• Performing due diligence including valuation analysis for primary, secondary , and other equity offerings.
• Representing the firm at meetings with corporate management teams and sell-side syndicate desks.
• Working with our global team to expand the firm's presence in new areas within capital markets.
• Interacting with sell-side sales and research contacts.
• Precisely communicating valuation changes and investment theses to global trading teams in time sensitive environments.
• Developing and evaluating trade ideas that involve fundamental catalysts or valuation insights.

About You

• 5+ years of relevant experience analyzing securities (Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, Equity Research Associate, Buy Side Analyst or similar), with significant experience working on capital markets transactions.
• Undergraduate university degree (BS/BA equivalent) or graduate work in a quantitative field is strongly preferred.
• Effective communicator.
• Intellectually curious.
• Familiarity with accounting, financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
