Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be work on customer premises leading a consultative engagement for 4G and 5G performance and optimization. The successful candidate will collaborate and support the customer’s RAN regional and end to end performance teams. They will lead the development of best practices for Ericsson market performance monitoring, optimization, and user experience. The candidate will be well rounded and understand signaling end to end and possess a familiarity with Ericsson 4G/5G RAN and NDO software portfolios.

You will:

  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics. MS preferred.
  • Minimum years of experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in performance management and optimization.
  • Domain experience: 4G and 5G RAN performance and optimization, end to end signaling and call flow.
  • Experience from technical job roles is required. The successful candidate will have held previous roles in RF Engineering and/or RAN product development/management
  • A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks:
  • Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, Fiber Network Design, Site Energy Design, and Performance Management and Improvement

You might also have:

Candidate needs excellent customer facing, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Sales training or experience is a plus.
