• Take role of system engineer in major NPD Project Lead system architecture design and analysis in project Lead Marketing requirement and product spec management Lead product cost estimation and management in project Lead design review and debug activity in project Lead DFSS development in project and deploy DFL culture Establish technical guide line in project and make sure product design quality are under controlled Coperate with PM for project plan build up and management
• Contribution in technical platform development to support product competition Provide new product platform with GPL development strategy Provide technical solution definition and investigation support Study new technology and implement into project to improve productivity

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Familiar with Power Electronics, Embed Firmware and Automatic Control
