About the Opportunity

Our Programme Management Office (PMO) consultancy team currently has specialists working on complex infrastructure, aviation and transport projects in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

We are seeking a variety of project, programme and portfolio (P3) PMO roles for our Sydney office within our EDPM business. The new PMO roles we are seeking include:

• P6 Planners & Planning Managers
• Risk Managers
• Change Coordinators & Managers
• Cost Controllers & Managers
• Reporting Analysts & Managers
• Estimators
• Document Controllers
• Quality Managers

Education and Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in chosen field
• A Bachelor degree or higher, and/or equivalent in training and experience regarded
• Must have experience in either the infrastructure or transportation sectors
• Project, programme and portfolio (P3) knowledge and experience advantageous
• Effective problem solving and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with large-scale projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in an integrated team environment
• Process driven and attention to detail are necessary
• Drive to continuously seek innovation and improvement (self, project, strategic)
