ABOUT THE ROLE Working with business representatives across all parts of Revolut Australia Risk Management team has an exciting opportunity to see the whole picture and help everywhere. This role sits in the Revolut Australia risk management function to support the CRO in the implementation of risk management framework and governance structures, particularly operational risk management; monitoring daily risk exposures and supporting MI reporting to Revolut Australia's Executive Leadership Team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Work with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document and regularly review all risk types and coach the business to design and implement controls • Assist with the development, implementation, and management of risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators and risk appetite statement metrics tracking • Monitor risks against limits and thresholds, produce reports to management and other relevant stakeholders • Manage the risk incident management process including monitoring of communication channels for risk incident alerts, partner with Group resources on investigating group risks relevant to Australia, partner with the business on development of any remediation actions, registration of risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports • Lead various projects to uplift the risk management capability for Revolut Australia WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required • Experience in Operational Risk Management (+ good to have Credit Risk Management experience) or a related role from preferably consumer platform (Banks / NBFIs) • Must have proficiency in SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Organisational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail A LITTLE ABOUT US When Revolut was founded in 2015, we had a vision to build a sustainable, digital alternative to traditional big banks.
