Job Description

The Team

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer to join us in creating, evolving and maintaining an industry-changing suite of tools for 3D apparel design and manufacturing.

About Stitch:

Stitch is a digital creation startup from PVH’s Digital Ventures group that ignites 3D thinking in the fashion industry. We offer a suite of digital tools and trainings – developed together by a team of designers, industry specialists, and software developers – to evolve and enhance the fashion design process from 2D to 3D. Together we seek to accelerate and streamline the design process, but without sacrificing any of the quality, care, or creativity that goes into the craft.

The team: We are a team of technologists and fashion industry experts working together to build tools that make designing, developing and manufacturing clothing in 3D possible at scale - we combine tech product teams with 3D design experts with the shared mission of bringing the entire fashion industry into the future.

The Position

Work with other teammates to maintain and improve our existing VueJS frontends and build out new products on the Stitch platform. Work in a focused, autonomous team Participate in code reviews and design and architecture sessions Collaborate with the backend team to roll out new feature areas Refactor legacy code to improve its organization and maintainability Work to build and scale a highly-maintainable software ecosystem Explore new technologies, and creative applications of existing technologies, to drive forward the Stitch vision

The Ideal Candidate

Strong JavaScript programming skills VueJS experience An affinity for modular, maintainable code Experience with automated testing for single-page web applications An innate curiosity with a desire to learn, create and explore

Bonus

3D visualization experience Experience with backend / full stack technology Experience working with async / distributed teams
