Collection Rate, Dunning Blocks, Credit Notes, and Write-offs are terms that you are familiar with? Do you love Numbers, accurate Data, and Excel? If so, you are probably the right candidate for owning the financial processes for our customers.

To ensure and improve our Financial Operations for our Commercial Customers we are looking for a Finance Process Manager (d/f/m) to join our team.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a timely and accurate bill run for our Commercial Customers
• Ensure timely handling of Invoice corrections with the help of our internal and external Support Agents
• Own and Coordinate our Dunning Process which is currently executed by a third party
• Associated to the Business Operations Team you will play an essential role in enabling communication between Vendor, Collection Agency, Salesforce, and Finance team
• Monitor financial processes and ensure process Quality internal and extern while identifying possible risks and find a way to improve these processes
• Update Salesforce data to ensure a 360° view for Sales and Customer Service by providing the most accurate and up to date data in regards to the financial processes
• Drive and align ideas for process improvement and take measures in order to optimize for excellent invoicing accuracy, best-in-class payment rates on the basis of high customer satisfaction
• Support our customers by providing information to clarify questions about their payments and invoices
• Update and create process documentation for ongoing and new business workflows in Confluence
  

Your Skill Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship or study with a bias towards finance
• Results-oriented work combined with a good business sense
• You love cross-functional teamwork and you do have good stakeholder management skills
• Use problem-solving skills to unpack issues/questions and develop relevant solutions
• Strong affinity to figures and ability to work independently and effectively
• Fluent in both German and English (verbal/written)
• Proactive, responsible, resilient
• Great teammate as well as a strong individual contributor
• Positive, confident and friendly, open-minded
• Committed, motivated, flexible
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, preferably Salesforce, Confluence, Jira
